Aux Voltage

I have just downloaded HWMonitor 4.5.1.3. I want to know that what does the Aux voltage actually do/show under the voltages group? I mean Aux Voltage of what component it is indicating? :?:

It depends on the mainboard model. It may be CPU2 core voltage for dual boards, Dimm voltage etc.
You have to consult with mainboard vendor for further details.
