We have several 100's PC's in a AD-Domain, running Windows XP.
Those users should not be able to click on the tray icon to play with the settings. Hmonitor is configured to report problems to Windows eventlog.

The best way for such configuration is to run Hmonitor as a service. It ensures that even if users haven't logged in, hmonitor will watch the system and report all problems to Eventlog.

But there is also a way to hide the icon for ordinary setup.
