Program with dual monitors

Postby conventional » Wed Oct 24, 2007 10:19 am

Under Windows XP SP2 with HMonitor version, with a dual-monitor setup it's not possible to drag the status window across to the second monitor, the mouse pointer moves across but the status window gets stuck on the edge of the primary monitor screen. Oddly enough, child windows like the settings and about windows can be dragged across to the secondary monitor without any problem, it's only the main status window that's a problem. If you need more information, let me know.

Also, a minor grumble: The settings window uses tiny fonts and is quite cramped, it would be easier to use if the UI elements were spaced out a bit more.

You had to read the docs and FAQ. This behaviour is enabled intentionally, for most users with single monitor system.
You may disable it from main window popup menu - just uncheck "bind to active monitor" item.
